TERMS OF SERVICE
By Commissioning me, you agree to the following :
Payment
- Payment will only be accepted via Vgen.
- I require 50% of the commission price upfront before work begins.
- Once the sketch has been approved, the remaining 50% must be paid before rendering/finalization begins.

Revisions
There will be 3 revision periods, each has a maximum number of changes. Additional revisions beyond the listed limits may incur extra fees depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
- During the sketch phase, reasonable revisions are allowed at no extra charge.
- During the Lineart and coloring phase the client is limited to 3 revisions.
- Once the artwork is finished, only minor corrections will be accepted
- Simple colour changes are free anytime.

Refusal of service
- If the client is under the age of 18, requesting art that has depictions I am uncomfortable drawing or deem inappropriate.
- If the client is rude or disrespectful to me or a marginalized group publicly or privately.
- If the client requests art that depicts or implies any of the content listed in the "Not Drawing" list found below.
- If the payment is either not made or incomplete.Client responsibilities
- Provide a reference and/or description of the character, posing and background before the beginning of the sketch phase, depending on the Artwork requested.
- After the delivery is finalized it is the client's responsibility to store it properly as the original file for your product will only be kept for a limited amount of time.

Ownership
- I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio and social media (unless agreed otherwise)
- The client receives a digital, non-commercial copy for personal use only.
- The client may repost the artwork for personal use with proper credit to me.
- For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, etc.) commercial rights must be paid for over Vgen.
You are Prohibited from:
ㅤㅤ- Reselling the artwork
ㅤㅤ- Claiming the artwork as your ownRestrictions
- AI / Machine Learning Restriction. Client agrees not to use the Artwork, or authorize its use, for AI generation, AI editing, or AI modifications of any kind. Client also agrees not use the Artwork, or authorize its use, for training or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, including generative AI models or datasets intended for such purposes. Routine hosting, storage, formatting, or platform processing that does not involve AI training is permitted.
- Client agrees not to use the Artwork, or authorize its use in any blockchain-related currency, including but not limited to Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and cryptocurrencies.
- The artwork may not be used to promote political propaganda, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.Delivery
- The Finished artwork or files will be uploaded via Google Drive.
- I am not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files after delivery.
- This is a digital product only.

Refunds
- The client is entitled to a full refund if I cancel the commission before completion.
- If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- If full payment has already been made and the commission is canceled before completion, only the remaining unfinished portion may be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed and delivered.Timelines
- Estimated completion times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on workload, health, or personal circumstances. (Although I will try my best)
WONT DRAW
NSFW, Heavy Mecha, Hate Speech, Stolen Characters, Fetishes, Realism, Gore* , Furries**, Anything that I deem I am unable to draw "well enough"* - Slight Blood is fine
** - Humans with Animal Features (Ears, Tails, etc.) are fineFeel Free to DM me for any questions! Details are discussed before every Commission :)
PROCESS
- After contacting me, we will discuss your commission idea.
- Once everything is agreed upon and I have received all reference material, you will be placed on my waiting list (waiting list may be skipped depending on availability).
- When your turn arrives, I will contact you again to confirm all final details.
- After confirmation, the first 50% payment is required before work begins.

- For non-rigged Commissions
ㅤ- You will receive a sketch for approval. Once confirmed, the remaining 50% payment is required.
ㅤ- You will receive additional WIP updates at key stages (e.g. colouring, shading, rendering).
ㅤ- Without a strict deadline, turnaround is typically around 2–3 weeks.
ㅤ- I will notify you if there are any delays!
ㅤ
- For rigged Commissions
ㅤ- You will receive video updates at key stages (e.g. eye rig, head XY, body XY, etc.).
ㅤ- Once the head rig is completed (minor adjustments may still occur afterward), the remaining 50% payment is required.
ㅤ- Without a strict deadline, turnaround is typically around 4+ weeks.
ㅤ- I will notify you if there are any delays!
